DESC Delridge/Master Use Permit Comment Period and Meeting

Master Use Permit Info:

DESC applied for a Master Use Permit on January 23, 2012, which opened a public comment period with the Department of Planning.  The public comment period has been extended from the usual 2 week period to a 4 week period, with all written comments due by Feb. 29. 

Written comments should address both design and environmental impact issues and may be submitted to the City’s Department of Planning by completing this form: DESC Delridge Land Use Comment webform.

Neighbors may also offer their comments in person at the upcoming Design Review Meeting and at the Environmental Impact Review Meeting (see below for details).

The Master Use Permit Applications materials are posted for review on our Design Review page.

The Department of Planning is holding two upcoming meetings related to this project.  Both meetings will offer a public comment period:
